中國(guó)，西安，2017年1月12日-西安炬光科技股份有限公司推出單巴條50W（CW）鎖波長(zhǎng)光纖耦合半導(dǎo)體激光器模塊。該產(chǎn)品基于炬光科技FocusFiber? S系列產(chǎn)品技術(shù)平臺(tái)，采用體布拉格光柵（VBG）外腔反饋技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)波長(zhǎng)鎖定，中心波長(zhǎng)范圍可控制在±0.5nm，光譜寬度FWHM≤0.5nm，光譜效率≥90%，產(chǎn)品可選波長(zhǎng)有793nm、880nm、976nm和981nm等。

該產(chǎn)品適用于固體激光器泵浦、科研及生命科學(xué)等應(yīng)用。針對(duì)固體激光器泵浦要求的較大芯徑尺寸（400um/600um/800um）以及良好的光斑均勻性，通過(guò)優(yōu)化的大光斑光路設(shè)計(jì)及勻化設(shè)計(jì)，能保證該產(chǎn)品光能量在整個(gè)芯徑面積上更均勻的分布，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的泵浦效率，是固體激光器泵浦源的理想選擇0。
