近日，西安市委、市政府隆重舉行2013年度西安市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)大會(huì)，西安炬光科技有限公司“疊層陣列液體制冷半導(dǎo)體激光器及其制備方法”榮獲西安市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)壹等獎(jiǎng)。省委常委、西安市委書記魏民洲，市人大常委會(huì)主任陳寶根，市委副書記、市長董軍，市政協(xié)主席程群力，市委副書記、市委政法委書記劉春雁等出席本次大會(huì)并頒獎(jiǎng)。

“疊層陣列液體制冷半導(dǎo)體激光器及其制備方法”從設(shè)計(jì)高功率半導(dǎo)體激光器疊陣的封裝結(jié)構(gòu)和開發(fā)無銦化工藝技術(shù)出發(fā)，圍繞半導(dǎo)體激光器疊陣的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行熱設(shè)計(jì)和熱機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)，優(yōu)化熱管理技術(shù)，開發(fā)了無銦化工藝技術(shù)，成功研制了宏通道液體制冷高功率半導(dǎo)體激光器疊陣產(chǎn)品。該成果大大提高了半導(dǎo)體疊陣激光器的壽命和穩(wěn)定性，也大大方便客戶使用和維護(hù)。該成果最適合應(yīng)用于高占空比、準(zhǔn)連續(xù)半導(dǎo)體激光器產(chǎn)品。
